A Brand New Navigational Experience
We are excited to share we have launched an enhanced version of the Radford Network with our July release. With an all-new navigation and home page design, accessing market data and insights you need to make better decisions has never been easier. For more details, please click here.
To access the new platform, simply click on the link for the new experience while on the login screen for the current Radford Network, or go directly to https://hca.aon.com. Your login credentials and multi-factor authentication settings remain the same and do not need to be changed. You will still have access to the current Radford Network for at least the next three months before we retire it sometime at the end of the year.
For even fewer clicks, checkout our homepage. Here, you will find several short-cut cards to features found via our drop-down menus, but with the ability to take action with just one click.
Our menu options are now categorized by user need – immediate on-screen results or insights, deeper dive downloadable reports, everything you need to participate, and your downloads. This design allows for fewer clicks to get to your favorite features.
Training for the New Platform Experience
To help you learn the new platform, we are offering live training sessions. You can sign up in the current Radford Network under Resources – Training – Training Webinars or by clicking here.
Other Updates and Enhancements
- Previously generated reports will no longer be deleted when they expire. To remove them going forward simply click the delete icon next to the report.
- Your previously created peer groups will now be labeled as expired, which means you have a clean slate for the start of the new survey year. You have the choice to either renew or delete your previously selected peer groups. If you choose to renew a peer group, you will be given the option to rename, as well as add or delete companies. We are offering live training sessions on peer group expiration July 27 and August 17. You can sign up using the training link above.
