Password Help

To retrieve a lost username and/or password for the Radford Network®, please click here. After completing the security question, your username and/or password will be emailed to you within minutes. (Please remember, passwords are case sensitive and some internet browsers may not allow you to copy and paste your username and/or password into the log in fields.)

Radford Survey Client Support

My Account — Located at the top of the left-hand navigation bar on the Radford Network home page, the My Account feature allows clients to quickly review their account information and level of survey access.

  • Account Status — This page lists all of the Radford Surveys your company currently participates in, the Input Due Dates for each survey, the Input Status for each survey, your survey payment status, and contact information for your designated Survey Consultant and Sales Manager.
  • Network Access — This page allows employees designated as "Survey Primary" and "Renewal Contact" users at your company to change contact information and/or add, modify or remove access to surveys and countries for individuals at your company.

Invoices — For inquiries about your company's invoices, including requesting a copy of an invoice, getting information on your payment status, providing updated billing address or contact information, POs, W9s, billing instructions, or vendor forms, please email invoices@radford.com.

Survey Renewal — For questions on renewing your Radford Survey participation or adding another survey at any time during the year, please email renew@radford.com.

Password — For general questions about Radford Network access, such as your ability to access certain countries or datasets, please email password@radford.com.

Radford Survey Submission Support

Every survey client at Radford is partnered with a dedicated Survey Consultant to guide them through the survey submission process. To contact your Survey Consultant, log in to the Radford Network and look for the "Data Due" section on the Radford Network home page. There, you will find contact information for your Survey Consultant.
