Participation Details

The Employee Experience Study is open for data collection and participation once a year. Participants will be directed to an online questionnaire where they can submit responses. Only current clients of Radford and Aon Compensation Surveys are eligible to participate in this study.


Study Timeline

  • Data collection materials available — March 1, 2021
  • Submission deadline — July 15, 2021
  • Results published — Late October, 2021

Results

Downloadable PDF results will be available covering global, U.S./Non-U.S. regions, change-in-control, severance as well as a balance of related topics.


Survey Pricing, Access & Support

All participants that provide a complete, timely and accurate submission will receive a complimentary copy of the results with additional data cuts available for purchase (e.g., Participate in both the Severance/CIC and Employee Experience sections of the study during the year to receive complimentary results for both).

Current Aon/Radford Surveys clients who do not participate in this study will be able to purchase the results upon publication.
