Platform Enhancements: Pay Inference, Updated Mapping and More

Our January publication – the third quarterly publication of the 2022-2023 survey cycle – includes new platform features and enhancements, highlights of which you can preview below.

2023 Input Materials Available
The 2023 Input Materials and Tiles are available. Visit the Input tab to verify when your 2023 survey submission is due. If you submitted during the previous year, you will have access to a pre-populated input template by clicking on this tile. On the Resources tab, you will find several documents to support your input process.

2023 Job Matrix
The new 2023 Job Matrix is available and reflects year-over-year (2022 to 2023) changes. The 2023 Job Matrix is a key resource for input to help clients with job matching and submitting their 2023 RGCD input. For clients using the AIIA Remuneration Report, you can verify the legacy AIIA job codes using the 2023 Job Matrix. The Year-Over-Year mapping guide located on the Resources tab is where the legacy job codes are matched on the Radford Network.

The 2022 Job Matrix continues to be available through July 2023, allowing you to view your job matches from the 2022 publication. To see your matches, look for green dots under the categories. A tutorial on how to use the Job Matrix is available here.

Pay Inference
Our brand new Pay Inference tool experience is now available in this publication. With this tool, you are able to access predictions of compensation even where there isn't sufficient data available to offer a benchmark number. These insights are brought to you by leveraging the same AI engine already used in our Location Analytics feature. Results are driven by search using the job title and location and can be further refined using industry, headcount and revenue filters. You can access Pay Inference from the Analytics menu on the Radford Network.
