Platform Enhancements: Pay Inference, Updated Mapping and More

Our January publication – the third quarterly publication of the 2022-2023 survey cycle – will include new platform features and enhancements, highlights of which you can preview below.

Pay Inference
Our brand new Pay Inference tool will be going live in this publication. With this tool, you will be able to access predictions of compensation even where there isn't sufficient data available to offer a benchmark number. These insights are brought to you by leveraging the same AI engine already used in our Location Analytics feature. Results are driven by search using the job title and location and can be further refined using industry, headcount and revenue filters. You will be able to access Pay Inference from the Analytics menu on the Radford Network.


Remapping of Filters in Germany
We have remapped all of the Region/City filters for Germany. If you have previously run queries in Germany with Region/City filters, we recommend that you re-run them as the data may have changed.


Other Updates and Enhancements
- Added India specific CFY and LFY bonus as a % of Fixed Comp (salary + allowances) data elements
- Various Bug fixes and UI enhancements
