Our proprietary "Smart Differentials" experience provides you with insights, even where limited market data is available. Now you can supplement or fill in gaps, especially in regions with low data coverage, leveraging our powerful AI Pay Inference engine.
To gain access to our Location Analytics feature, which will become part of the Radford Network® and included in the 2022 Radford Platform, clients will need to provide full-census data and deliver their data submission in a timely manner. With this powerful feature, clients can quickly access the tools needed to visualize how compensation levels vary globally and understand talent availability -- all aligned to their specific criteria.
