2024 Data Submission
RMCD Compensation Data Submission
If you haven't already submitted, you can access data collection resources now on the Human Capital Analytics platform in the “Participate” section. We recommend that clients complete and upload their submissions in advance of the submission deadline; earlier submissions will enable us to partner on any necessary omissions and revisions on a timely basis. For our returning clients, each cycle we leverage the prior cycle’s submission and update all job codes for job architecture adjustments. All employees submitted in the prior cycle will have new updated job codes in the data collection template.
Also, we are pleased to share that we offer a number of resources and options to complete the submission process. Participants can submit data via our dedicated Excel template or leverage our fee-based input services team. In addition, we are also offering eligible clients the opportunity to experience our new data ingestion capabilities, leveraging API connectivity to HRIS platforms to enable a more seamless submission process. To learn more about these options, please contact Claire Bauer.
Market Practice Studies
Our 2024 market practice studies are open for submission to many clients who are eligible, including:
- Intern, New Graduate and Pay Administration inputs are due May 24.
- Salary Increase and Turnover Study – First Edition results will be available May 24.
- The Private Organization Board Compensation and Equity Refresh practices studies are open for submission now! These studies are open to private companies only.
- The Scientific Advisory Board practices study for life sciences organizations is open for data collection.
