  • 2024-2025 Radford McLagan Compensation Database Renewal Season is Underway: We are enrolling clients for our inaugural 2024-2025 publication cycle; communications and instructions have been shared with your team. In the meantime, you can preview what to expect here.
  • You Can Now Access HCA: The Radford Network and McLaganLive have transitioned to Human Capital Analytics. If you haven’t already, access Human Capital Analytics here, register for 2024 training and learn more about what this transition means for you here.

2024 Data Submission

If you have completed your data submission, thank you. If you have not, please log into the Human Capital Analytics platform and navigate to the “Participate” section to review your compensation submission materials. Returning clients will find a data collection template with their prior cycle’s submission and updated job codes. All participants are required to submit accurate, complete and timely compensation data to access the Radford McLagan Compensation Database and our platform capabilities.

Market Practice Studies
In addition, all of our 2024 market practice studies are open for submission. To view the market practice studies suite and what surveys are available to you for submission, simply visit the “Participate” page of the Human Capital Analytics platform.

Due to popular demand, the deadline for our 2024 Salary Increase and Turnover Study - First Editon has been extended to March 31 to ensure all participants have ample time to provide a complete and timely submission.
