February 2024 Highlights

  • 2024-2025 Radford McLagan Compensation Database Renewal Season is Underway: We are excited to enroll clients in the Radford McLagan Compensation Database for our inaugural 2024-2025 survey season, which builds upon the decades of trusted Radford survey data you have come to expect from us. As a reminder, you can learn more about this exciting transition here, and preview what you can expect here. Communications and instructions on how to renew are underway. If your company has not yet renewed, please get in touch with your dedicated sales account manager to discuss your company’s data coverage needs.
  • Data Collection Materials Will Be Live Soon: 2024 data collection for the Radford McLagan Compensation Database will launch on February 26. In the meantime, you can access data collection support materials via the Participate tab on the Human Capital Analytics platform. Pre-populated templates will be available with the official launch.
  • You Can Now Access HCA: The Radford Network has transitioned to the Human Capital Analytics platform. If you haven’t already, you can access it here, register for 2024 training and learn more about what this transition means for you here
