  • If You Haven't Joined the New Enhanced Radford Network, It's Time: With an all-new navigation and home page design, as well as enhanced features, accessing market data and insights you need to make better decisions has never been easier. We encourage you to click here or look for it on the Radford Network login screen to get started.
  • Compensation Input Materials are Available: If you have not already, please log into the Radford Network and visit the input materials section to review the submission materials. Returning clients who provided a timely and accurate submission in 2022 will find a pre-populated template. If you need additional help with your data submission, our fee-based input services can support you with a wide range of services. Simply contact us athumancapital@aon.comto learn more.
  • Radford is Transitioning to a Unified Survey Platform in 2024: Starting in 2024 we are bringing together the best of the Radford and McLagan platforms to create a unified global platform called Human Capital Analytics powered by the Radford McLagan Compensation Database.
