  • Radford is Transitioning to a Unified Survey Platform in 2024 - Register For Our Webinar Now to Learn More: Starting in 2024 we are bringing together the best of the Radford and McLagan platforms to create a unified global platform called Human Capital Analytics powered by the Radford McLagan Compensation Database.   • Our October Publication is Just Around The Corner: Our October publication, the second quarterly publication of our 2023-2024 survey cycle, is almost here. As always, we will reach out with a separate communication to notify you once the publication is live and share details on how you can access the publication, release notes and more. We are excited to share with you some updates to our brand new navigational experience of the Radford Network; you can learn more in this release note.
  • If You Haven't Joined the New Enhanced Radford Network, It's Time: With an all-new navigation and home page design, as well as enhanced features, accessing market data and insights you need to make better decisions has never been easier. We encourage you to click here or look for it on the Radford Network login screen to get started.
  • Compensation Input Materials are Available: If you have not already, please log into the Radford Network and visit the input materials section to review the submission materials. Returning clients who provided a timely and accurate submission in 2022 will find a pre-populated template.   • Join Us For Two of Radford's Most Popular Webinars of The Year: Our first webinar, scheduled for Oct. 31, is titled "Compensation Transformed: Exploring Tech Trends, Embracing Pay Transparency, and Empowering Data Driven Decisions," and will cover the ever-evolving landscape of compensation tech trends and what you need to know to stay ahead of the curve. Join our 2023 Radford Market Practice Studies

Next, we want to remind you of our upcoming final due dates for 2023 survey participation. Please visit your survey input page to familiarize yourself with the topics, submission windows and to check in on your participation status across all of our market practice studies.

  • Refresh your 2023 Salary Increase and Turnover Study submission if you participated this year. Due to popular demand, we are extending the deadline to Oct. 27 with no further extensions. If someone else on your team submitted your information for the study, please pass them this information.
  • The Sales Incentive Practices & Car Policy Study is open. Submissions are due by Oct. 27 with no further extensions.
  • The Short-Term & Long-Term Incentive Design Study s open. Submissions are due by Oct. 27 with no further extensions.
  • The Intern, New Graduate & Pay Administration Study is open. Submissions are due by Oct. 27 with no further extensions.

Additionally, we are pleased to share results for the following studies for all eligible participating organizations:

  • The Employee Experience Study, which includes Employee Experience, Paid Time-Off and Broadbased Severance results.
  • The Executive Practices Study, which Includes Executive Practices, Executive Severance and Change-in-Control results.
  • The Short-Term and Long-Term Incentive Design Study results will be available late in October for all participating organizations.

To access these and other market practice study results for which you're eligible, please log into the Radford Network with your credentials, and once on the homepage, click on the Data tab in the navigation bar.

In addition, results for the 2023 Equity Refresh and Private Organization Board Compensation Surveys are now available to participating organizations. These releases join the Employee Ownership Study that was updated in October. And finally, results for the 2023 Scientific Advisory Board Study are also now available to participating private and public organizations.
