Here’s What You Need to Know About the Radford Platform in November

We have several important updates to share with you, including a reminder to access our Human Capital Analytics Overview webinar recordings and review this important FAQ document document if you haven’t already.

November 2023 Highlights

• Radford is Transitioning to the Human Capital Analytics Platform in 2024: Starting in 2024, we are bringing together the best of the Radford and McLagan platforms to create a unified called Human Capital Analytics, powered by the Radford McLagan Compensation Database. We recently hosted our 2024 Human Capital Analytics Overview webinar, where we previewed some highlights of what you can expect to see — including exciting new features, important information on our new publication schedule, details on our unmatched database coverage, and much more. You can access the webinar recordings and presentation decks here. Additionally, we’d like to share more information on our globally consistent job leveling approach in this video.
• Our October Publication is Live: To learn more about our highly anticipated October publication, please read our latest release note and log in here to access fresh data on the Radford Network®.
• If You Haven't Joined the New Enhanced Radford Network, It's Time: With an all-new navigation and home page design, as well as enhanced features, accessing market data and insights you need to make better decisions has never been easier. We encourage you to click here or look for it on the Radford Network login screen to get started.
• Compensation Input Materials are Available: If you have not already, please log into the Radford Network and visit the input materials section to review the submission materials. Returning clients who provided a timely and accurate submission in 2022 will find a pre-populated template. If you need additional help with your data submission, our fee-based input services can support you with a wide range of services. Simply contact us at humancapital@aon.com to learn more.
• Our 2024-2025 Radford McLagan Compensation Database Renewal Season is Launching Soon! Importantly, we are excited to share that the start of renewal season is upon us, and communications as well as instructions on how to renew will be rolling out soon. We will soon share with you an exciting preview of the season ahead.
