  • Radford Network Enhancements Coming in July: We are excited to share we are launching an enhanced version of the Radford Network with our July release, which will include a premium design experience as well as new capabilities. We will share details on what you can expect in the coming weeks.
  • Compensation Input Materials are Now Available: If you have not already, please log into the Radford Network and visit the input materials section to review the submission materials. Returning clients who provided a timely and accurate submission in 2022 will find a pre-populated template.

  • Radford is Transitioning to a Unified Survey Platform in 2024: Starting in 2024 we are bringing together the best of the Radford and McLagan platforms to create a unified global platform called Human Capital Analytics powered by the Radford McLagan Compensation Database.   • 2023-2024 Renewal Season is Open: Communications and instructions will be shared with your team; in the meantime, you can learn more about powerful enhancements to the Radford platform by clicking here.
  • Multi-Factor Authentication to Log into the Radford Network: If you have not already, you will receive a separate email with instructions on how to set up multi-factor authentication in the coming weeks to ensure a more secure login process.

We want to remind you of a few upcoming due dates. Please visit your survey input page to familiarize yourself with the topics, submission windows and to check in on your participation status across all of our practice surveys.

  • The Salary Increase and Turnover Study - Second Edition is open. Submissions are due by July 7.
  • The Executive Practices Study is open. Submissions are due July 14.
  • The Employee Experience, Paid Time-Off and Severance Surveys are open. Submissions are due July 14.
  • Two of our private market studies - the 2023 Private Market Board Compensation Study and the 2023 Equity Refresh Study — are open, with submissions due July 14.
  • Lastly, our Scientific Advisory Board Study for life sciences and medical device companies is open. You can learn more and participate here. Submissions are due July 14.
