July 2023 Highlights

  • Our July Publication is Just Around the Corner: Our July publication, the first quarterly publication of our 2023-2024 survey cycle, is almost here. As always, we will reach out with a separate communication to notify you once the publication is live and share details on how you can access the publication, release notes and more. We are excited to share with you a brand new navigational experience of the Radford Network; you can learn more in this release note.
  • Compensation Input Materials are Now Available: If you have not already, please log into the Radford Network and visit the input materials section to review the submission materials. Returning clients who provided a timely and accurate submission in 2022 will find a pre-populated template.
  • Need Additional Help with Your Input? We have experts who are here to help with your Radford data submission. Our fee-based input services can support you with a wide range of services. Simply contact us at humancapital@aon.com to learn more.
  • Radford is Transitioning to a Unified Survey Platform in 2024: Starting in 2024 we are bringing together the best of the Radford and McLagan platforms to create a unified global platform called Human Capital Analytics powered by the Radford McLagan Compensation Database. To learn more, please watch this short video and read our FAQ document.
  • Multi-Factor Authentication to Log into the Radford Network: If you have not already set up multi-factor authentication, the next time you log into the Radford Network, you will be prompted to create additional methods of identity verification. Please follow the on-screen instructions to complete your set-up, or refer to our updated step-by-step guide for in-depth details.

Join our 2023 Radford Market Practice Studies

We want to remind you of a few upcoming due dates. Please visit your survey input page to familiarize yourself with the topics, submission windows and to check in on your participation status across all of our practice surveys.

  • Due to popular demand, we are extending the 2023 Salary Increase and Turnover Study - Second Edition deadline to July 21, with no further extensions.
  • Separately, the following surveys are also officially closing with a final deadline for submissions on July 28, with no further extensions:
    • The Executive Practices Study;
    • The Employee Experience, Paid Time-Off and Severance Surveys;
    • Two of our private market studies - the 2023 Private Market Board Compensation Study and the 2023 Equity Refresh Study;
    • And our Scientific Advisory Board Study for life sciences and medical device companies. You can learn more and participate here.
  • The Short-Term & Long-Term Incentive Design Study is open. To be included in our October release of results, submissions are due by August 18.
  • The Sales Incentive Practices & Car Policy Study is open. Submissions are due by August 18.
