Here’s What You Need to Know About the Radford Platform in December

We have several important updates to share with you, including a reminder that Radford’s transition to the Human Capital Analytics platform is around the corner (to learn more, please watch this 2-minute video now), and to make you aware of our 2024-2025 renewal season.

December 2023 Highlights

• Coming Soon! Beginning with the January 2024 release, Radford is transitioning to the Human Capital Analytics platform, powered by the Radford Global Compensation Database. If you haven’t already, access our new Human Capital Analytics platform here and check out our 2024 Human Capital Analytics Overview webinar recordings and associated resources to learn more.
• Compensation Input Materials are Available: If you have not already, please log into the Radford Network and visit the input materials section to review the submission materials. Returning clients who provided a timely and accurate submission in 2022 will find a pre-populated template. All data submission are due by December 31.

2024-2025 Radford McLagan Compensation Database Renewal Season is Here!
We are excited to enroll clients in our inaugural 2024-2025 Radford McLagan Compensation Database survey season! Communications and instructions on how to renew are beginning to roll out over the next several weeks. We are excited to share a preview of what you can expect here.

2023 Radford Market Practice Studies

All of our market practice studies are closed for 2023, and will open again for collection in February 2024. For those who were unable to participate, results are available to purchase for all of our 2023 products. Please reach out to marketstudies@aon.com for additional information.

Results from our final 2023 publications began rolling out this month, these include:

• The 2023 Salary Increase and Turnover - Second Edition Refresh: results are now available to participants.
• The Sales Incentive Practices Study: results will be available within the next week.
• The Car Policy Survey: results will be available within the next week.

To access market practice study results for which you are eligible, log into the Radford Network with your credentials, and once on the homepage, click on the Data tab in the navigation bar.
