Platform Enhancements: Workforce Metrics, New Filters and More

Our January Publication - the third quarterly publication of the 2021-2022 survey cycle - includes new features and enhancements, highlights of which are provided below.

Workforce Metrics
Our new Workforce Metrics feature, available to full-census clients, incorporates the new Radford Global Compensation Database and the new Radford Global Job Architecture & Leveling System. The unified database contains all employees across industries and geographies. This allows clients the ability to compare the distribution of their people and compensation spend against the market, as well as filter data and drill-down on the fly.

New Filters
New Quick Benchmarks and Market Queries Tool Filters:
Executive Revenue Scope and Stage of Development have been added as additional options within market filters. The Executive Revenue Scope filter allows you to get data on executives with a specific revenue scope, while the latter enables you to filter data based on the development stage of life science or technology companies.
