Publication: The 2020 Salary Increase and Turnover Study - Second Edition Results Are Now Available
We're excited to announce that results of our 2020 Salary Increase and Turnover Study - Second Edition are now available to Radford clients who participated . Results include pay planning data from 2,801 organizations across 122 countries.
As a reminder, this study—which replaces the Radford Trends Survey and Aon’s Salary Increase Survey—is conducted twice a year. The study is an in-depth exploration of global pay trends and turnover rates across multiple industries and covers a wide range of topics, such as actual/budgeted salary increases, turnover rates, hiring/workforce growth, performance ratings usage and promotion rates. The second edition was conducted from June through August.
Radford clients who participated in the study and are Radford Network users can gain access to the results here: radfordnetwork.aon.com.
Results are available in both PDF and Excel formats. The PDF results provide an overview and summary of the pay practices data we collected for participating organizations, while the Excel documents are interactive and offer the ability to filter results by country, industry and more. As a reminder, if you shared data for the U.S. only, you will only be eligible to receive U.S. data. If you shared data for four or more countries, you will be eligible to receive the full global report. To purchase additional custom data cuts, please contact your sales manager.
As many companies have instituted pay freezes or delayed their planning activities for next year’s salary increase cycle, we are working on a special refresh of the Salary Increase and Turnover Study to offer timely insights as the year ends. Participants in the first or second edition of this year’s study will receive a link to a questionnaire with pre-populated data to key salary increase and hiring questions (where available) that can be validated/modified or entered. Companies that did not participate in the study this year can request a link to the full questionnaire in order to be added to the database and receive complimentary results. Submit your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Responses will be due in October, and an updated report will be produced by mid-December.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your survey consultant.
