Participation Details

The Short-and Long-Term Incentive Design Study is open for data collection throughout the year. Input is due at the same time as your compensation survey input. As such, only Aon survey clients from the Radford Global Technology Survey and Radford Global Life Sciences Survey, as well and the U.S. and Global TCM® Surveys are eligible to participate in this study.

Results

Study results will be presented in an aggregated fashion globally and by region as a complement to the compensation survey results found in the Radford Global Technology Survey, Radford Global Life Sciences Survey, TCM or Global TCM databases. Together, the practices and compensation data provides a comprehensive look at short- and long-term incentives.

Results are available for short-term OR long-term incentives in downloadble PDF formats. Complete reporting is linked to your complete and timely submission.


Survey Pricing, Access & Support

All participants that provide a complete, timely and accurate submission will receive a complimentary copy of the results with additional data cuts available for purchase (e.g., participate in both the short-term and long-term sections of the study during the year to receive complimentary results for both).

Current Aon/Radford Surveys clients who do not participate in this study will be able to purchase the results upon publication.
