We are excited to announce the addition of Conrad Lee to the Rewards Solutions team at Aon. He joins us as a director in our San Francisco office where he will partner with venture capital firms and their portfolio companies to deliver market-leading rewards data and insights to founders, investors and business leaders as they seek to scale their teams. Additionally, Conrad will provide key input on the design and strategic direction of our Radford Pre-IPO Compensation Survey, which includes more than 400 participating private companies.

Prior to joining Aon, Conrad led the Advanced-HR compensation survey and its data delivery platforms. Overall, he has a decade of experience working with venture firms and their portfolio companies as they seek to attract, retain and engage top talent in highly competitive markets. His past clients range from startups with a single founder to late-stage companies with billion-dollar valuations.

Conrad joins the Rewards Solutions team at a time of tremendous growth for our Private Market Practice, led by Kyle Holm and Kelsey Owen. The practice now serves more than 1,000 private companies annually in numerous markets across the globe. Again, we are thrilled to have Conrad on board, and we look forward to seeing his expertise in action on behalf of our clients.

To contact Conrad and learn more about our rewards capabilities for private company clients, please write to conrad.lee@aon.com.
