Radford Welcomes Craig Laviano to Its Talent Consulting Practice

The talent consulting practice at Radford is excited to announce the addition of Craig Laviano to the team. Craig joins Radford as an associate partner in our San Francisco office, where he will serve as Radford’s talent practice leader and work with executives and human resources leaders to create innovative people programs that help employees thrive in the workplace while delivering amazing business results. 

Craig significantly enhances our ability to serve clients in a number of critical talent areas, including the creation of organization-wide people strategies, leadership assessment and development, high-potential development, engagement and performance, culture and inclusion, and people analytics. In particular, Craig has deep experience with executive coaching and organizational change efforts.

Prior to Radford, Craig was an associate client partner at Korn Ferry Hay Group, joining the firm via Personnel Decisions International (PDI). Earlier, he was the regional vice president of consulting services for Ninth House, a pioneering firm in the digital leadership development space. He started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a senior manager of the organizational change practice.

We welcome Craig to the team at a time of tremendous growth for Radford's talent and rewards consulting practices, which now serve more than 550 technology and life sciences sector clients each year.
