Radford Welcomes Carl Schmitt to Its Executive Compensation Practice

The executive compensation practice at Radford is excited to announce the addition of Carl Schmitt to our team. Carl joins Radford as an associate partner in our Los Angeles office, where he will work with board members and business leaders to guide them in the development of executive compensation and corporate governance programs.

Carl brings a deep understanding of corporate transactions and other complex initiatives to Radford, including finance, accounting and legal issues. Additionally, in his more than 25 years in the field, he has worked with numerous global firms across sizes and industries to better understand how to compete for Silicon Valley talent.  

Most recently, Carl was a senior consultant at Willis Towers Watson. Previously, he worked at other leading compensation consulting firms including Mellon Human Resources & Investor Solutions, WestWard Pay Strategies, and others.

We welcome Carl to the team at a time of tremendous growth for Radford’s overall rewards consulting practice, which now serves more than 550 technology and life sciences sector clients each year. We are thrilled to have Carl as the newest member of our team, and we look forward to leveraging his wealth of expertise on behalf of many clients.
