Radford Welcomes Nora McCord to its Executive Compensation Consulting Practice

The executive compensation consulting practice at Radford is excited to announce the addition of a new senior leader, Nora McCord, to our team. Nora joins Radford as an associate partner in our San Francisco office, where she will work with board members and business leaders to guide them in the development of executive compensation and corporate governance programs.

With Nora on board, our ability to serve clients on matters related to benchmarking executive pay and designing performance-based cash and equity plans is significantly enhanced. Nora also has deep experience supporting clients with shareholder outreach initiatives, including Say-on-Pay support, proxy disclosures, governance program audits, and the development of presentations for shareholders.

Nora brings more than 15 years of compensation consulting and research experience to Radford, having most recently served as a Managing Director at Steve Hall & Partners, a boutique executive compensation consulting firm. Prior to Steve Hall & Partners, Nora led research operations at Equilar, Inc., where she played in an instrumental role in developing their initial product suite.

We welcome Nora to the team at a time of tremendous growth for Radford's overall compensation consulting practice, which now serves more than 550 technology and life sciences sector clients each year. We are thrilled to have Nora as the newest member of our team, and we look forward to leveraging her wealth of expertise on behalf of our many clients.
