Radford Welcomes Mark Davis to its Sales Compensation Consulting Practice

The sales compensation consulting practice at Radford is excited to announce the addition of a new senior leader, Mark Davis, to our team. Mark joins Radford as an associate partner and will focus on working with senior sales, finance and human resources leaders to build stronger alignment between their sales compensation programs and growth goals.

With Mark on board, our ability to serve clients on matters related to sales compensation benchmarking, sales incentive plan design and sales force effectiveness is significantly enhanced. Mark brings more than 25 years of consulting experience to Radford, with an emphasis on working with technology, communications, media and medical device companies.

Prior to joining Radford, Mark was the founder and managing principal of Valitus Group, a boutique sales compensation and effectiveness consulting firm. Before founding Valitus, Mark led the sales effectiveness and rewards consulting practice in the west region for Towers Watson. He started his career in sales compensation consulting at The Alexander Group.

We welcome Mark to the team at a time of tremendous growth for Radford's overall compensation consulting practice, which now serves more the 550 technology and life sciences sector clients each year.
