While it takes an entire organization to drive culture, technology and life sciences companies say CEO and leadership communication are the top drivers of corporate culture. However, it’s clear that culture needs to be cultivated at every level. Case in point: Nearly half of technology and life sciences companies report recognition programs and manager communication as other strong influences on culture.
