Publication: The 2021 Salary Increase and Turnover Study Results Are Now Available

We're excited to announce that the results of the 2021 Salary Increase and Turnover Study (second edition) are now available to Radford clients who participated. Results include pay planning data collected between June and July 2021 from 2,489 organizations across 125 countries. This data was combined with previous practices survey submissions into a total reported database of 4,127 organizations.

All Radford Network users at companies that completed the study questionnaire will gain access to the results. To access results, visit: radfordnetwork.aon.com and navigate to the Data tab and select Market Practices and find the Salary Increase and Turnover Study.

Results are provided in both PDF and Excel formats. The PDF results will provide you with an overview and summary of the pay practices data we collected for participating companies, while the Excel documents are more interactive and give you the ability to filter results by country, industry and more. As a reminder, if you shared data for the U.S. only, you will only be eligible to receive U.S. data. If you shared data for four or more countries, you will be eligible to receive the full global report. Additional custom data cuts are available for purchase.

We are again offering a special refresh of the Salary Increase and Turnover Study to validate salary increase findings as the year ends. Participants in the first or second edition of this year’s study will receive a link to a questionnaire with pre-populated data to key salary increase and hiring questions (where available) that can be validated/modified or entered. Companies that did not participate in the study this year can request a link to the full questionnaire in order to be added to the database and receive complimentary results. Submit your request to sits.marketstudies@aon.com. Responses will be due in October, and an updated report will be produced by mid-December.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your survey consultant.
