Here’s What You Need to Know About the Radford Platform in May

We have several important updates to share with you, including a reminder that our April publication is live, renewal season is open, the Salary Increase and Turnover - First Edition results are now available to participants, and more.

May 2023 Highlights

 
  • Compensation Input Materials are Now Available: If you have not already, please log into the Radford Network® and visit the input materials section to review the submission materials. Returning clients who provided a timely and accurate submission in 2022 will find a pre-populated template. Depending on when your firm submitted data in 2022, a pre-populated template may not be immediately available, but will be provided ahead of your expected due date. All compensation data submissions are typically due 45 days after your focal review period or your enrollment date.
  • Exciting Changes Ahead; Radford is Transitioning to a Unified Survey Platform in 2024: In case you missed it in our previous communication, or just as a reminder, starting in 2024 we are expanding our footprint by bringing together the best of the Radford platform and McLagan platforms. We will be maintaining our industry focus in technology, life sciences, retail and e-commerce, manufacturing and beyond — while also bringing in McLagan's market-leading financial and professional services firm data — to create a unified global platform called Human Capital Insights powered by the Radford McLagan Compensation Database.   • Our April Publication is Live: Announced earlier this month, our April publication of the Radford Global Compensation Database is live! To learn more about this publication, please read our latest release notes and log in here to access fresh data on the Radford Network.
  • 2023-2024 Renewal Season is Open: Communications and instructions will be shared with your team; in the meantime, you can learn more about powerful enhancements to the Radford platform by clicking here.

  • Multi-Factor Authentication to Log into the Radford Network: Every user will soon be required to use multi-factor authentication (MFA) to log into the Radford Network in an effort to ensure a more secure login process. Multi-factor authentication verifications will be phased in over a two-month period, which is already underway for select groups. If you have not already, you will receive a separate email with instructions on how to set up multi-factor authentication in the coming weeks. As a reminder, these security measures will include SMS, voice call as well as push notification via the Okta app.

Join our 2023 Radford Market Practice Studies

We are happy to share results of our 2023 Salary Increase and Turnover - First Edition are now available to participants. To access this as well as other market practice study results for which you're eligible, please log into the Radford Network with your credentials, and once on the homepage, click on the Data tab in the navigation bar.

In addition, we want to remind you of a few upcoming due dates. Please visit your survey input page to familiarize yourself with the topics, submission windows and to check in on your participation status.

  • The Intern, New Graduate and Pay Administration Surveys are open. Our Intern and New Graduate Hire survey gathers select practices and compensation guidelines specific to both intern and new college graduate hires; and our Pay Administration survey gathers pay administration for an organization’s workforce. Due to popular demand, we have extended the deadline to May 26 to be included in the July release.
  • The Executive Practices Study, new in 2023, is open. This special market study gathers select practices exclusively aligned to executives only; including information on executive severance and change-in-control, executive stock ownership and select executive perquisites. Submissions are due July 14.
  • The Employee Experience, Paid Time-Off and Severance Surveys are open. Submissions are due July 14.
  • Two of our private market studies - the 2023 Private Market Board Compensation Study and the 2023 Equity Refresh Study — are open, with submissions due July 14.
  • Lastly, our Scientific Advisory Board Study for life sciences and medical device companies is open. You can learn more and participate here. Submissions are due July 14.
