Here’s What You Need to Know About the Radford Platform in March

We have important updates to share with you, including a reminder that renewal season is open, compensation input materials are live, and our 2023 Salary Increase and Turnover Study is open for participation.

March 2023 Highlights

  • 2023-2024 Renewal Season is Open: Communications and instructions will be shared with your team; in the meantime, you can learn more about powerful enhancements to the Radford platform by clicking here.
  • Compensation Input Materials are Now Available: If you have not already, please log into the Radford Network® and visit the input materials section to review the submission materials. Returning clients who provided a timely and accurate submission in 2022 will find a pre-populated template. Depending on when your firm submitted data in 2022, a pre-populated template may not be immediately available, but will be provided ahead of your expected due date. All compensation data submissions are typically due 45 days after your focal review period or your enrollment date.
  • Multi-Factor Authentication to Log into the Radford Network: As you may know, every user will soon be required to use multi-factor authentication (MFA) to log into the Radford Network in an effort to ensure a more secure login process. You can expect this change to go into effect as it pertains to your account by the end of June. As a reminder, these security measures will include security questions, SMS, voice call as well as Okta verification. You will receive an email with more detailed instructions on how to get started.
