Here’s What You Need to Know About the Radford Platform in April

We have several important updates to share with you, including a reminder that renewal season is open, the April publication is right around the corner, an important note about a new multi-factor authentication process to log into the Radford Network, and more.

April 2023 Highlights

 
  • 2023-2024 Renewal Season is Open: Communications and instructions will be shared with your team; in the meantime, you can learn more about powerful enhancements to the Radford platform by clicking here.
  • Compensation Input Materials are Now Available: If you have not already, please log into the Radford Network® and visit the input materials section to review the submission materials. Returning clients who provided a timely and accurate submission in 2022 will find a pre-populated template. Depending on when your firm submitted data in 2022, a pre-populated template may not be immediately available, but will be provided ahead of your expected due date. All compensation data submissions are typically due 45 days after your focal review period or your enrollment date.
  • Our April Publication is Right Around the Corner! We are gearing up to release our April publication in a few weeks. As always, we will reach out with a separate communication to notify you once the publication is live and share details on how you can access the publication, release notes and more. We are excited to share with you a preview of upcoming enhancements, including a revamp to peer group access and the introduction of multi-factor authentication when logging into the Radford Network; you can learn more in this release note.
  • Multi-Factor Authentication to Log into the Radford Network: Every user will soon be required to use multi-factor authentication (MFA) to log into the Radford Network in an effort to ensure a more secure login process. Multi-factor authentication verifications will be phased in over a two-month period, which is already underway for select groups. If you have not already, you will receive a separate email with instructions on how to set up multi-factor authentication in the coming weeks. As a reminder, these security measures will include SMS, voice call as well as push notification via the Okta app.

Join our 2023 Radford Market Practice Studies

We want to remind you that all of our 2023 Radford market practice surveys are open for submission. Please visit your survey input page to familiarize yourself with the topics, submission windows and to check in on your participation status; studies with upcoming due dates are highlighted below:

  • The Intern/New Graduate and Pay Administration Surveys are open. Our Intern and New Graduate Hire survey gathers select practices and compensation guidelines specific to both intern and new college graduate hires; and our Pay Administration survey gathers pay administration for an organization’s workforce. Submissions are due May 12 and participants will receive access to complimentary results for which they are eligible in July.
  • We also recently launched our Scientific Advisory Board Study for life sciences and medical device companies. You can learn more and participate here. Submissions are due July 14.
