Here’s What You Need to Know About the Radford Platform in September

We are excited to provide you with a number of updates across the Radford platform. First, we are excited to invite our U.S.-based clients to join an important Aon Pay Disclosure Pulse Study today to understand how firms are approaching changes in regulation related to disclosing starting salary ranges for open positions. In addition, we have a note on an important update coming in early 2023 regarding multi-factor verification to log into the Radford Network®, upcoming market practice study deadlines and more. Let’s get started…

September 2022 Highlights

Join our Aon Pay Disclosure Pulse Study Today: As you may be aware, the New York City Council passed a regulation effective November 2022 requiring employers in New York City to include “the minimum and maximum starting salary for any advertised job, promotion or transfer opportunity.” To help our clients in the U.S. understand what steps peer organizations are taking to prepare for and how they plan to approach this law or similar laws in other states, as well as its impact more broadly, we’ve developed a quick and complimentary pulse study that covers: what type of compensation information employers intend to disclose and where; strategy for determining minimum and maximum starting salaries for roles; understanding who makes adjustments to salary ranges; and more. This study closes on Sept. 27, and complimentary results will be available to participants in October.
